On a personal note, Roxanne hails from Connecticut and is blissfully married to her high school sweetheart. Together, they’ve built a beautiful family of five children and seven grandchildren. Now a resident of Myrtle Beach, Roxanne relishes spending time with her loved ones. Her greatest joy? Whipping up delectable meals for them.

My Ideal Workplace:
Lesson – I’ve always been drawn to workplaces that champion a blend of autonomy and collaboration. Why? Because in such spaces, creativity isn’t just encouraged, it’s practically a team sport. Who doesn’t want to play in such a league?
Where I shine:
Lesson – I try to do at least one kind thing or gesture daily, I call this paying it forward. When I use my life in any way to make another person’s life better, I feel most alive. It’s all about making that difference.
Fear of Change:
Lesson – One profound lesson from these past 4 years? Never let fear paralyze innovation. I hesitated to make the move from CT, fearing mistake and unhappiness, only to realized I should have made the move much sooner than I did. Only regret is leaving my children and grandchildren, but visits are often, it was a win-win. Now, I embrace risks with a tad more courage.
Cooking in the Kitchen:
Lesson – While some folks can whip up an Excel formula into an elegant spreadsheet, not me, BUT I can whip up decadent meals in the kitchen. Cooking relaxes me, it’s my pleasure, makes me feel accomplished, its my food for the soul per say. Although, shopping for the ingredients not my pleasure.
