To properly deliver tax planning, retirement planning, investments, money movement, and dozens of other important functions, it takes a lot of technology.
Technology moves fast.
Do you agree? Think back to 1995. How would you get directions? How would you meet with your friends? Now you have GPS and group chats. You can change plans on the fly.
This week I took some time to test some of the most advanced technology in the financial planning space.
This should help us further improve efficiency and accuracy. This helps our clients and our professional network of CPAs and Attorneys. In turn, all of us can use this extra time to reinvest in other parts of our lives.
Our intent is to go even deeper with clients, delivering more and more value.
Soapbox moment: This is what I love about being independent and nimble. We are not stuck in a bureaucratic organization owned by a big bank or brokerage firm with conflicting interests. We can implement advanced tools quickly and easily, so our clients can have more time to live their best lives.
I see tremendous opportunities in the future for everyone. We’ve achieved some great milestones already, but many more lie ahead.

On the lighter side, Elliott continues to do well in school. That learning won’t stop when summer starts. He is going to start studying for the Certified Financial Planner designation. My hope is for him to complete it shortly after he graduates in two years.
